Want free entry?

There is no party without volunteers, and that is why you are important. You'll help with setup or teardown, as a security or at the bars and booths. As a thank you, you will get free entry, free food and drinks and a legendary Galeriefest-T-Shirt. On top of that, we will invite you to our helpers' party.

Getting here

The party takes place at TUM’s main campus. You can enter through the north gate (Theresienstraße) or the main entrance (Arcisstraße).

The venue is easy to reach by public transport: take the U2 to Theresienstraße, the 27, 28 or N27 tram to Pinakotheken, or the 58 or 100 bus to Technische Universität.

Important Information

Awareness

If you feel uncomfortable at the party or are being harassed, please reach out to our Awareness Team. You can identify the team by their purple vests. You can also use the code word PANAMA with any booth manager or volunteer. The team can be reached by phone at +49 (0)89 289 28031 throughout the event.

Payment

We use StuStaPay. At the booths, you can pay cashlessly with a prepaid card. You can top it up with cash, by card, or online at pay.fsei.de. You can withdraw your remaining balance in cash at any time during the event.

Other Information

You must be 18 or older to enter. Please bring a government-issued photo ID.

No re-entry.

Dangerous goods (weapons, knives, bulky items, ...) have to stay outside.

You may bring bags, but all bags are subject to search at the entrance. Bags larger than a handbag are not permitted on the dance floors and must be left at the cloakroom.

You may bring non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with a maximum capacity of 500 ml.
